Please watch this video to learn a little more about what you can expect during these next 28 days together, and to hear about your first EXERCISE!

As you heard at the end of the video, your first exercise is:

Write down what you will RELEASE over these next 28 days, and what you will RECEIVE...

Set your timer for 3-5 minutes. Don't think about it, just write what comes to mind first.

To give you an example, I'll start.

I RELEASE:

  • any remnants of doubt about the value of what I’m sharing or my own worth in being the one to share it
  • I know that I’m here for a reason, that this program I’ve created is part of my purpose and I release any thoughts that don’t align with that truth
  • any expectations about what I hope you’ll get out of this because I know your perception is yours, your path is yours, you’ll get out of this program exactly what you need to and it’s not up to me- I’ve done my part and now it’s up to you

I RECEIVE:

  • so much value and sense of satisfaction and pride and worth in seeing you use these practices I’m sharing, seeing you start to think a little differently, find openings where there were once walls, and start to BE a little different in the world (Oops, I think my expectations for you snuck their way in there, haha!)
  • the perfect people to join this program, who are ready to receive and use this information
  • a wonderful sense of joy and fulfillment in knowing that I’m doing my part, taking action, making moves to create a better and better world for us all, one mo mojo daily customer at a time 😊
